|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|You can email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org to make changes to an order that has been placed. Please note that once an order has been shipped you can no longer make changes to the order.|
|My order never arrived.|
Your order was shipped using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. This can take up to 10 days to arrive once shipped, up to 2 weeks to arrive between Thanksgiving and Christmas. If it has been longer than this and your shipment has not arrived please email us at email@example.com to let us know. We are able to check the delivery confirmation to see if the USPS has scanned in the delivery. If the package does not show it was scanned by the USPS postal carrier and is still in transit the USPS requires we wait 30 days before submitting a missing package claim. If the Postal Carrier has scanned the package as delivered we are able to tell you the date and time it was delivered to assist you in investigating on your end to locate the package.

|Please report any missing items from your shipment within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org|
|Shipping is included in the price of Island Gift Shop items. No additional shipping costs will be added. UPS shipping is included in fresh pineapple and fresh papaya orders. All other items include shipping using US Postal Service Priority Mail.|
